Hypothesis: A Prosperous Society
1) Aim:
- Strengthening community mass organizations, ensuring basic human rights to civil society conscious of the sensitivity of gender and social discrimination.
- Empowered people move towards self-reliance through equitable mobilization and distribution of resources.
- Rights-oriented and responsible civil society towards good governance and self-discipline.
- Established as an institutional strengthening and resource organization.
2) Goal:
- To organize and enable the rights holders to ensure basic rights.
- To enable community-based mass organizations and civil society to move towards building a human rights, good governance and non-discriminatory society.
- To enable rights holders to adopt sustainable livelihood measures by increasing access and control over resources (natural, human, economic, physical and social).
- Establishing institutions as resource-rich institutions leading the concept of rights-oriented development.
3) Purpose:
- To make the organization resourceful to develop it as a social mobilization resource center.
- Making rights activists aware and organized about social discrimination, inclusion and basic human rights.
- To support the strengthening of community-based institutions.
- To create an environment in which service providers are accountable to the community.
- Increase the income level by conducting separate skill development programs for backward women, Dalits and the poor.
- Through the mobilization of people’s organizations, the rights holders should be oriented towards self-reliance by conducting livelihood activities.
- Improve the livelihood of the rights holders through community forest-based resources, modernization of agricultural systems and proper use of skilled human resources.
- To support the development of traditional skills, folk culture and eco-tourism.
- Support community development by conducting programmes such as agriculture, forestry, environment, education, health and sanitation, physical infrastructure.
- To make the civil society accountable for good governance and self-discipline by conducting awareness programs and training programs.
- To find sustainable resources by making the organization resourceful.
4) Strategy:
- This organization will be a non-profit public interest organization.
- To enhance the role of the poor, women and backward classes and communities in the conservation and management of natural resources (forests and watersheds) and to help improve their livelihood.
- Play an important role in the field of study, research and conservation related to social development, economic development and natural resources.
- Empower the poor people in rural areas to raise their living standards by implementing short-term and long-term projects by mobilizing local resources and resources.
- To take initiatives to promote the conservation, restoration and importance of places of historical, cultural and touristic importance.
- Community development programmes related to agriculture, health, education, forest environment management, drinking water and sanitation, physical infrastructure construction such as bridges and roads should be carried out in partnership with development partners.
- For human rights and inclusive development, the empowerment and inclusion of the poor, backward communities, Dalits and tribals, people with disabilities and women should be oriented towards self-reliance by conducting income generation activities to improve livelihood.
- To advocate and take initiatives to formulate policies for the welfare of women, children, the elderly, people with disabilities, those affected by disabilities, the poor, Dalits, tribals and other backward classes and communities.
- Partner for advocacy and program operations on issues such as health rights, reproductive health, safe motherhood, child nutrition, food security.
- To make rights activists aware and organized about social discrimination, inclusion and basic human rights.
- To contribute to the promotion of human rights by advocating against social injustices, discrimination, anomalies and stereotypes such as violence against women, domestic violence, human trafficking, child labor, exploitation, untouchability, racial= gender = provincial discrimination, woxy accusations, chhaupadi.
